Throwback: Our Evening with Chopard at Kohlmarkt

Throwback: Our Evening with Chopard at Kohlmarkt

There are evenings that feel like a gentle turning point — a pause between seasons, between moods, between what has been and what is about to begin. Our Pre-Valentine’s event with Chopard at Kohlmarkt was exactly that: a beautiful farewell to winter and a luminous welcome to everything that spring promises.

Together with Chopard, we welcomed many wonderful guests to our Pre-Valentine’s evening at Kohlmarkt, joined by fashion and lifestyle magazine EntreNous, which co-hosted and added its distinctive touch to the event.

For us at Maison Rivée, the evening was about more than presenting pieces. It was about creating an atmosphere. We wanted our guests to feel that fashion and jewelry are not only objects of desire, but also carriers of memory, craftsmanship, and personality.

Our selection of vintage treasures stood in dialogue with Chopard’s exceptional creations, and in that dialogue, something beautiful happened: a conversation emerged between heritage and reinvention, between the enduring brilliance of high jewelry and the soulful appeal of pieces with a history.

Yours truly: Maison Rivée founders Edisa Shahini and Maria Ratzinger

The evening was filled with guests, warm encounters, and the kind of energy that reminds us why we do what we do. Friends from both houses came together, alongside figures from Vienna’s fashion and creative scene, to help shape a gathering that felt both intimate and celebratory with a hint of champagne.

Guests from both brands’ circles came together for the occasion, creating an illustrious mix of figures from the local fashion world and beyond - among them curator Nicole Adler, Rosauria Cauchi, founder of Arthèa Circle and co-owner of Barvinskyi Art Gallery, Swiss entrepreneur Margareta Kacoli, fashion journalists Michaela Strachwitz and Lisa Hollogschwandtner, media agency owner Lisa Sophie Thoma, PR pro Eva Zanzinger, photographers Michael Dürr, Luise Reichert and Florentina Olareanu, as well as stylist Suiqi Luk.
